LOCKDOWN
Vegas needs our support and love now more than ever.

I've been meaning to do this project for quite a while now. I love showing people the OTHER sides of Las Vegas. There is so much to see and do that doesn't involve the strip. I've always felt like Vegas can be whatever you want it to be.
You want a party? Definitely covered. A cultural getaway? Done! Outdoor Adventure? No problem! A mindful retreat? Absolutely!
My husband and I intend to retire in Vegas in a few short years and I always get that look from people when I reveal our plans. "Why Vegas?" (slight snarl and a whine) "I haaaate Vegas!" So, sure, if you hate gambling and drinking and all the crazy "What happens in Vegas" stuff then it seems like Sin City has nothing to offer. What if I told you that you're wrong! SO wrong. Stick around and I'll prove it and show you all the different ways to do "Vegas on the Flipside!"
Seems like a really bad time to introduce this concept, Right?
Vegas, along with the rest of the world, is basically shut down. Thank you, COVID-19. So, why now? None of us can even GO to Vegas much less experience the flipside! Heck, we can't even go visit a neighbor and have cocktails.
Until we can get back to normal or whatever normal will look like once we are finished up with this surreal pandemic, I'd like to introduce you to some ways that we can support the people of Las Vegas. I'm not talking about a Go Fund Me campaign or anything like that but ways that you might be able to support the local artists and small businesses of Vegas with a virtual visit or purchase. If you are like me then you are probably going out of your way to support your local businesses. I'd just like you to consider extending that to the place and the people that make the magic happen the moment you land at McCarren International Airport.
